Community Engagement

Due to Covid-19, much of our communication with neighbours will have to be via online methods and mailouts, but we are committed to engaging with local people and will continually review how best to provide information in an accessible and timely way.

We will be hosting regular virtual community liaison ‘drop-in surgeries’ which will act as an opportunity to discuss any individual queries relating to the works with the project team.

The virtual community liaison ‘drop-in surgeries’ in September will take place on:

Thursday, 25th November 10-11am and 5.30-6.30pm

If you would like to attend one of the drop-in surgeries please get in touch at: to book a slot with the project team within the times provided above and we will provide you with a secure link to meet a member of the team.

In line with Government Guidelines on Covid-19, we hope to be able to organise face-to-face drop-in surgeries in the coming months. The drop-in surgeries will be organised monthly and the further dates and all the details including the times and the location will be advertised in due course.
